All authors and co-authors of accepted papers are required to register individually. A separate registration fee is required for each accepted paper. The Conference Committee reserves the right to make decisions regarding the registration of authors and co-authors. If the Conference Committee decides to give a chance for co-authors to participate without full registration, it will be notified via this website and/or through email directly to the respective authors.
Payment can be made in either Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR) or US Dollars (USD). Authors, when making the bank payment, please include the Abstract ID (issued by the Conference Committee) on the payment slip for easy reference. A scanned copy of the payment slip, along with all requested details, must be submitted via the online registration form.
The full registration fee includes access to all conference sessions, keynote speeches, plenary sessions, and technical tracks. Presenters will receive a conference pack and either a hard copy or soft copy of the Symposium Proceedings Book, along with a certificate of participation. Selected presenters will be invited to submit their full papers for consideration in a special journal publication by the National Dangerous Drugs Control Board.
